Lewis Granaiola is a design and build practice, which specialises in all aspects of design, architecture and construction.
Lewis Granaiola was established in London in 2001 and relocated to Swansea in 2005. Over the years the Practice has developed a wide range of specialist skills, expertise and broad knowledge base, particularly in domestic developments and commercial projects.
The philosophy of the Practice is to successfully combine innovative design aspirations with realistic budgets. Creative, intelligent design adds value. Our commercial insight and experience of working closely with developers, contractors and engineers, enables us to create successful client centred solutions to demanding architectural and building briefs.
We believe that successful projects are accomplished through the management of 3 core elements namely; design excellence, budget and programming. This is achieved through intensive dialogue with clients, consultants and contractors.

Directors Emma Lewis BA (Hons) Dip Arch and Pietro Granaiola BA (Hons) Dip Arch both have 18 years experience in design and construction and with their unique approach have forged many a successful partnership with both clients and contractors.
